Requirements
- 6+ months of property maintenance experience
- 6+ months of supervisory or lead experience
- Knowledge and skills in plumbing repair, electrical troubleshooting, appliance repair, wall/drywall repair, and grounds maintenance
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
- Basic computer skills
