The Maintenance Technician I is responsible for getting apartments ready in between residents, on-site maintenance calls, and preventative maintenance. Requirements
- At least 40 hours per week
- Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation
Responsibilities
- Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenants
- Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
- On-call rotation ($200 bonus)
