About The Position

BGSF is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to support a welcoming apartment community in Creedmoor, NC. This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, touring communities, and delivering a polished, professional resident experience. CRM/Yardi Experience Is REQUIRED Candidates must have hands-on experience using Yardi or a comparable CRM/leasing software platform. This is a non-negotiable requirement for the client.

Requirements

• CRM/Yardi experience required (must be able to navigate the system confidently)
• 6+ months of leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Professional communication skills
• Strong follow-up habits and sales instincts
• Dependable transportation
• Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork
• Understanding of Fair Housing (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community & unit tours
• Lease available apartment homes and manage follow-up
• Complete applications, leasing paperwork, and CRM updates
• Handle phones, emails, and resident communication
• Support service requests and renewal efforts
• Assist with marketing, community events, and resident retention activities
• Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects
