We are looking for a Full Time Apartment Leasing Consultant to join our winning team in the South Bend, IN area at Indian Springs Apartments . Schedule: Monday - Friday 9:00AM- 6:00PM and one Saturday a month 10:00AM - 4:00PM What we are offering: Hourly pay $16-$18 /hr EXCELLENT COMMISSION POTENTIAL (Up to $100 per new lease secured) Yearly raises up to 5% 401k planning and pre-tax contributions including a 3% matching component. Requirements

At least one year apartment leasing experience preferred
Driver's license and reliable transportation required for this position
Strong computer skills (experience with Yardi preferred)
Skilled at problem solving
Excellent communication skills
Sales experience
This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check and a drug screening (we do not check for THC).

Responsibilities

Manage the leasing process, identifying the needs of potential residents and addressing those needs
Prepare lease agreements and maintain accurate records
Demonstrate an understanding of pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other offerings the community provides while touring prospects
Utilize your creativity to assist with outreach marketing and resident events
