About The Position

BGSF is seeking a professional, customer-focused Leasing Consultant with onsite apartment experience to support a busy community in Fort Worth. This role requires someone who is confident, polished, and ready to jump into leasing activities right away.

Requirements

• Onsite leasing experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Sales-minded follow-up and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and reliability

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon (preferred)
• Understanding of Fair Housing (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community & unit tours
• Lease and sell available apartment homes
• Complete applications, lease files, and daily administrative tasks
• Manage follow-up, inquiries, and guest cards
• Assist with resident relations, renewals, and service request coordination
• Support marketing efforts, community events, and resident retention
• Maintain a friendly, professional presence in the office
