BGSF is partnering with a respected Regional Service Manager, Joe Roberts, to find an experienced Leasing Consultant who brings energy, initiative, and a true passion for property tours-not someone who sits behind a desk all day. If you love connecting with people, walking the community, understanding every floor plan, and closing leases with confidence, this role is for you. What You'll Do Conduct property and unit tours-inside, outside, and everything in between Actively engage prospective residents and follow up consistently Lease and sell available apartment inventory Handle daily administrative tasks: phones, emails, documentation Provide excellent customer service and help resolve resident inquiries Assist with marketing, community events, and resident retention Complete all lease applications and paperwork accurately Represent the property with professionalism and enthusiasm
