BGSF is seeking a customer-focused, energetic Leasing Consultant to support a thriving apartment community in Freeport, TX. If you love connecting with people, giving tours, and helping residents find their next home, this role is for you.

Requirements

• 6+ months of leasing or strong customer service experience preferred
• Confident communication and follow-up skills
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, or similar systems (preferred)
• Dependable transportation
• Understanding of Fair Housing (preferred)
• Positive attitude and team-focused mindset

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and conduct community & unit tours
• Lease and sell available apartment homes
• Manage follow-up, inquiries, and daily guest cards
• Complete applications, leasing documents, and administrative tasks
• Support resident relations, renewals, and service request coordination
• Assist with marketing, community events, and resident retention
• Represent the property with professionalism and friendly service
