About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant at AMLI Eastside, you'll be the face of our community, interacting with both prospective and current residents. Your role will be key in creating memorable experiences, maximizing occupancy, and building lasting relationships. From showing beautiful apartment homes to hosting fun resident events and promoting our community through creative marketing, you'll play a vital role in bringing the AMLI vision to life.

Requirements

Experience: Two or more years in sales or customer service (leasing experience is a plus!).
Availability: Saturdays required, Sundays off.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; college education is a bonus!
Passion for People: A friendly, customer-first attitude and a desire to create positive experiences for all.

Responsibilities

Welcome Prospects: Engage with potential residents by showcasing available apartments, answering questions, and helping them envision their future home.
Drive Sales: Qualify leads, follow up with prospects, and lease apartments while effectively marketing our community through phone, email, social media, and networking.
Admin Made Easy: Efficiently manage administrative tasks like lease documentation and resident files, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Resident Experience: Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the leasing process, responding promptly to resident inquiries and concerns.
Build Relationships: Partner with apartment locator services and local businesses to provide residents and prospects with valuable community resources.
Be a Community Ambassador: Participate in resident events and activities, helping foster a sense of belonging and engagement.
Stay Ahead of the Game: Regularly explore competitor communities to ensure AMLI Flatiron remains a top choice for prospective residents.
Represent AMLI: Maintain a polished, professional appearance while delivering an outstanding experience to all visitors.
