Requirements

Self-motivated, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Strong communication and people skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

Responsibilities

Welcome and assist prospective residents, showcasing apartment features and community benefits
Handle phone inquiries, service requests, and resident concerns professionally
Complete lease applications, verify information, and prepare related paperwork
Maintain market awareness and contribute ideas for marketing and resident satisfaction
Inspect property grounds, report maintenance needs, and assist with move-outs
Support the Community Manager with reports, surveys, and resident communications
Ensure compliance with all rental laws and deliver exceptional customer service
