About The Position
This full-time property management position typically works Monday - Friday, and most Saturdays. If working on a Saturday, you would get another day off during the week. As our Apartment Leasing Consultant, you play a vital role in creating exceptional living experiences for our residents. You are the first point of contact for our future residents, welcoming them to our residential community and providing them with all necessary information about their prospective new home. You assist residents with questions or concerns about their apartment or monthly statement, ensuring they feel at home. Using your excellent communication skills, you listen carefully and provide clear answers to questions. You showcase apartment units to prospective residents, highlighting all the reasons our apartments are a great place to call home. You manage applications needing processing and patiently help residents complete all new lease paperwork, always paying careful attention to detail. Additionally, you assist in maintaining clerical and recordkeeping systems at the office and handle apartment turnovers and move-in/out procedures appropriately. You get great satisfaction from making our residents feel like part of a true community!
