About The Position

Janitor / Groundskeeper - St. Louis, MO $16/hr | Part-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30AM-1:30PM Keep the Community Clean, Safe, and Looking Its Best BGSF is hiring a reliable Janitor/Groundskeeper to support a well-established apartment community in St. Louis. If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and keeping spaces clean and welcoming, this is the perfect opportunity - and no experience is required!

Requirements

• Dependable transportation
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Team-oriented, positive attitude
• Ability to assist with various community projects as needed

Responsibilities

• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property
• Maintain clean common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior spaces
• Change light bulbs in common areas and exterior fixtures
• Move large items (appliances, furniture, etc.) as needed
• Deliver notices and resident correspondence
• Assist with touch-up painting, minor clean-up, and basic building maintenance
• Support outdoor upkeep: pressure washing, leaf blowing, breezeway cleaning, and parking lot care
• Complete tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager
