About The Position
As an HVAC Technician at SYLIS Property Management, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and functionality of our multifamily properties. Your primary responsibility will be diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and resident satisfaction. In addition to HVAC-specific tasks, you will assist with general property maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs, and conduct property inspections to address maintenance needs. You will work closely with the property management and maintenance teams to keep our properties safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Your technical expertise, strong work ethic, and attention to detail will directly enhance the quality of life for our residents and the operational success of our communities.
