We're Hiring: Apartment Housekeeper (Full-Time) - JOIN A TOP 10 NATIONAL COMPANY! Location: Afton Oaks Apartments, Baton Rouge Pay: Up to $15.50 an hour + Bonuses $3,000+ a year Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8AM–5PM Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen for this position. Requirements

3-6 months experience in professional cleaning preferred
Must be detail oriented and organized
Comfortable working independently while maintaining high standards
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen for this position.

Responsibilities

Cleaning make readies/turned units for new occupants
Trash removal and cleaning of all public access and interior areas
Maintain and care for inventory of all cleaning supplies and equipment
Additional functions from time to time as requested by Maintenance Manager or PM
Reports unusual circumstances regarding the property or residents to the PM
Additional assignments and projects as needed
