About The Position

BGSF partners with top Property Management companies across St. Louis, and we're looking for a reliable Make-Ready / Punch Technician to support unit turns and community upkeep. If you're hands-on, detail-oriented, and love bringing spaces back to life, you'll fit right in.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance, construction, renovation, or make-ready work
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to lift 40-50 lbs
• Basic hand tools required (screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, etc.)
• Team player with a positive, customer-service mindset
• Comfortable taking direction and jumping in on community projects

Nice To Haves

• Power tools are a plus

Responsibilities

• "Trash out" and prep recently vacated units
• Change/repair bulbs, locks, filters, and basic hardware
• Install household appliances
• Repair general punch items (light plumbing & electrical tasks required)
• Ensure units pass inspection and are ready for move-in
• Interior/exterior painting, caulking, and light drywall repair
• Assist with pressure washing, leaf blowing, and community upkeep
