Apartment Handyman/Make Ready Tech
About The Position
Step into a fast-paced role where your skills make an immediate impact. BGSF is partnering with top Property Management companies in SE Houston to bring on an experienced Make Ready/Punch Tech who knows how to get units move-in ready with speed and quality. What You'll Do: Complete make-ready turns efficiently and thoroughly Handle basic repairs: drywall patches, paint touch-ups, fixture replacements Ensure appliances, doors, locks, and hardware are fully functional Assist with minor electrical and plumbing tasks (as allowed) Maintain clean, organized work areas and provide excellent service Support the maintenance team with additional projects as needed
Requirements
- Previous make-ready or punch experience strongly preferred
- Someone ready to work on a team full time (THIS WILL NOT BE A TEMPORARY ASSIGNMENT)
- Solid repair/maintenance skill set
- Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks
- Reliability, professionalism, and strong attention to detail
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. and handle physical tasks
Responsibilities
