About The Position

This member of our onsite property team is responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and the exterior image (Curb Appeal). Duties will include maintaining the lawns, driveways, parking lots, property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas. Requirements
- Experience related to the responsibilities above
- General knowledge of daily maintenance and groundskeeping
- Ability to safely operate equipment
Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining of the driveways, parking lots, curbs, dumpster areas, breezeways, halls in all buildings and the laundry area
- Responsible for daily trash removal from all public exterior areas
- Responsible for care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company related to grounds work.
- Responsible for light/basic tree and bush trimming
- Provide support for maintenance crew upon request. This may include performing routine building maintenance tasks, relocating appliances or aiding in the refurbishment of vacant units.
- Snow removal (when needed)
- Maintaining pet waste stations and cleanliness of grounds
- Pest control applications
