About The Position

We are hiring a Groundskeeper for a temporary-to-permanent, full-time position to help maintain the curb appeal, amenities, and common areas of our multi-family residential apartment communities. This role is essential in keeping our properties clean, inviting, and well-maintained.

Responsibilities
- Maintain the grounds, amenities, parking lots, and building exteriors
- Pressure washing and general upkeep of community areas
- Remove trash and debris from the property daily
- Assist with vacant unit trash-outs and preparation for new residents
- Support the maintenance team with light repairs and troubleshooting
- Report any maintenance concerns to the Maintenance Supervisor
- Help deliver resident communications when needed
