About The Position

Clean and maintain commos areas Provide assistance to maintenance supervisor as needed Provide assistance to property manager as needed. General cleaning All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Previous groundskeeping preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in work quality
• Good time management and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Dependable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
