BGSF is seeking a professional, friendly Concierge to support a luxury apartment community in Brooklyn during the holiday period. This role is all about creating a positive first impression, assisting residents, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in the lobby and common areas.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests with professionalism and warmth
• Answer phones and assist with resident inquiries
• Maintain entrance/exit logs and monitor building access
• Ensure only authorized individuals enter the property
• Manage package storage, delivery coordination, and resident notifications
• Allow access for authorized visitors, vendors, and service providers
• Issue keys, fobs, gate cards, remotes, and prepare move-in materials
• Support the property team with small tasks and special requests
