Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of property management experience
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
- Ability to pass a soft credit review
- This role requires pre-employment screenings that include a criminal background check, drug screening, and credit review.
Nice To Haves
- Experience managing multiple sites (dual-site management) preferred.
- Proficiency with Yardi is preferred
