About The Position
CLK Multifamily Management is currently seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to join our team at Oakleigh Apartments in Lawrenceville, Georgia. The aesthetic appeal of our community is of utmost importance, and the Groundskeeper plays a crucial role in maintaining the physical appearance of the community grounds, pools, and buildings. This position involves a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring that the community remains clean, safe, and welcoming for all residents and visitors. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for picking up and removing litter, debris, and pet waste from around the community grounds. You will also be tasked with removing trash from buildings, breezeways, and common areas, ensuring that amenities are kept free from trash and debris. Regular duties include pressure washing sidewalks, buildings, and breezeways, as well as blowing leaves and debris from these areas. You will assist in maintaining the cleanliness of community pools and outdoor furniture, and you will be responsible for cleaning air conditioner vents and replacing filters as needed. In addition to these responsibilities, the Groundskeeper will also assist the maintenance team with market-ready units, which may involve moving furniture and appliances in vacated apartments. The role requires a proactive approach to maintaining the community's appearance and ensuring that all areas, including the pool area, laundry room, mail area, dumpster areas, and parking lots, are kept clean and well-maintained. This position requires physical stamina, as you will be standing, walking, crouching, bending, and lifting objects regularly throughout the day, often lifting 10 or more pounds without assistance.
