About The Position

We're seeking a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the common areas of an apartment building in Excelsior, MN.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license and current car insurance
• Reliable personal vehicle
• Comfortable driving in winter conditions
• Pre-employment drug screen required
• THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
• Willing to consent to a background check
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Basic English proficiency required for safety

Responsibilities

• Keep hallways, entryways, and shared spaces clean and inviting
• Perform tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and using cleaning chemicals and materials
• Ensure all common areas are consistently well-maintained
• Cleaning restrooms
• Taking out the trash
• Sanitizing
