About The Position

Apartment Cleaner at Marsden Shift Details: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 2:00pm Hours per Week: 30.25 hours Location: Minneapolis, MN Job Description: You must have a valid driver’s license and own a reliable car to qualify for this position. This cleaner will be cleaning the common areas of two apartments that are less than a 10 minute drive apart. This cleaning position requires a lot of fast-paced moving, bending, stooping, and reaching. This is a hard labor job that is physically demanding.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and current car insurance
Reliable personal vehicle
Comfortable driving in winter conditions
Pre-employment drug screen required
THC is not included in the drug screening panel for applicants living in Minnesota
Physically able to bend, lift up to 30 lbs., walk quickly, and remain on your feet throughout the shift
Willing to consent to a background check
Must be at least 18 years old
Basic English proficiency required for safety
