About The Position
GROUNDSKEEPER - THE HEART OF A WELCOMING COMMUNITY Monday-Friday 8am-5pm with some on call after hours and weekends on a rotating schedule About the Role Our Groundskeepers are the guardians of curb appeal and first impressions. From sunup to sundown, youll keep the property looking its best, creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that residents are proud to call home.
Requirements
- A keen eye for cleanliness, safety, and detail.
- Reliability and a strong sense of pride in your work.
- Friendly, helpful attitude when interacting with residents and team members.
- Ability to work outdoors year-round and handle light physical labor.
Responsibilities
- Patrol and maintain the community grounds, removing trash and debris.
- Clean and refresh common areas such as walkways, courtyards, and amenity spaces.
- Ensure trash bins and pet stations are emptied and in good condition.
- Report maintenance needs or safety hazards promptly to the team.
- Support the maintenance crew with make-ready projects and seasonal tasks.
- Other duties as needed.
