Job Duties and Responsibilities Complies with department and division guidelines. Performs assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions, as demonstrated by knowledge and competency consistent with professional practice standards. Performs psychological testing and evaluations. Provides consultation services for other treatment providers and customers. Contributes to the organization and the community by participating in clinical supervision of others, educational presentations, and/or research. Demonstrates knowledge of current standards of practice, demonstrates competency by performing at professional practice standard. Completes work in a timely, organized and professional manner. Engages in weekly supervision with licensed psychologist and review of clinical cases. Is able to identify areas for self-improvement, pursue necessary education/training and shares knowledge with others. Serves as a clinical resource for others. Promotes quality improvement, staff and patient safety, and cultural diversity through department operations and by personal performance/ Provides service in a manner that is appropriate for the patient’s age; demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to meet the patient’s physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety needs. Presents a courteous and helpful demeanor, appropriate for age, to all patients, visitors, other employees/medical staff members, or any other person an employee encounters while representing the organization. Maintains current knowledge related to applicable statutes, regulations, guidelines and standards necessary to perform job duties in accordance with the requirements of the Corporate Compliance Plan. Complies with the requirements of the Code of Conduct, Corporate Compliance Plan and Compliance Policies and Procedures, including training requirements.
