What you'll be doing? We are currently seeking an Accounts Payable processor to help support our internal services team. This role will report to Finance. This role can be full-time remote after a brief training period.

Requirements

2 years accounts payable experience
Preference to candidates who are fluent in Spanish or Thai
Desire to contribute in a team focused, rapidly growing, fast paced environment
Intermediate computer skills and proficiency in MS Word and Excel including use of pivot tables and Vlook-ups
Ability to identify and recommend process improvements
Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and judgment required
Ability to work independently and on timelines while following a defined process

Nice To Haves

Experience with Coupa and Intacct
Preference to candidates with an accounting associate's degree or completion of an accounting certification program

Responsibilities

Process vendor payables in bill payment systems
Review, approve and process expense reports and credit card charges in expense system
Issue 1099's
Set-up projects and tasks in the appropriate systems
Enter and maintain vendor records, acquire W9's
Record cash receipts
Process finance credit cards
Ensure that we're properly licensed and registered with the appropriate government agencies for locations where we do business and/or have employees
Set up and archive new and departing employees in timekeeping system
Documentation of assigned processes and procedures
Month end duties as assigned
