High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
Knowledge of basic office processes and procedures.
Ability to read, comprehend, and apply policies and procedures.
Ability to learn and understand business terminologies and workflows quickly.
Ability to compute and apply basic mathematical functions.
Ability to use keyboard by touch to input alphanumeric data.
Demonstrates critical thinking skills and recognizes questionable information.
