Responsibilities

• Receive, route, and process vendor invoices and payments.
• Review and verify electronically scanned invoices and documentation.
• Perform secondary review in workflow process for accuracy before routing for coding and approval.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor statements.
• Create and maintain vendor files and documentation according to organization policy.
• Monitor accounts to ensure payments are current and provide supporting documentation for audits.
