A Brief Overview The Intern will gain knowledge and experience required for promotion to entry level position under the direction of experienced associates.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with or ability to learn current technologies (e.g. Office 365, Smartphone, Inventory Control Systems, and other necessary business applications)
• Ability to deal constructively with conflict and recognize potential problems or concerns

Responsibilities

• Safely perform duties in various aspects of the business such as Yard/Warehouse, Manufacturing, Sales, Operations, and other business functions.
• Sets performance goals and objectives with location and division leadership.
• Observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of duties.
• Adhere to established safety rules and regulations and follows all safety procedures; maintains a safe environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage in positive work environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Comply with all policies and standards.
• Adhere to Company’s commitment to workplace safety.
• Participate in and complete assigned trainings.
