Kforce is searching for talented and experienced AP Document Distribution professionals to help our premier client in the San Antonio, TX area. Interviews are being scheduled now for immediate offers. The AP Document Distribution professional will be responsible for the initial intake of all Accounts Payable invoices and ensure that they are all properly entered.

Process and validate invoices using OCR software for SAP
Processes invoices against Purchase Order
Complete 2-Way & 3-Way match
Accounts Payable will analyze and scan a high volume of invoices daily
Manage Microsoft Outlook Shared Mailboxes for incoming emails/invoices
As an Accounts Payable, you will be opening, sorting and distribution of mail via Physical Post Office

1-3 years of accounts payable processing or related procurement/purchase order experience within high-volume environment
Electronic document processing experience is required
ERP or other accounting software experience
Proficient Computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe Pro

SAP experience is a plus
