The Accounts Payable I position is an integral part of our Accounting department, led by the Controller of McDonald Wholesale. This position can expect to accurately code invoices for payments, answer vendor inquiries, and prepare accounts payable checks in any given week. We are looking for motivated applicants who are able to read and understand invoices and effectively present information in one-on-one situations to vendors, customers, and other employees of the organization, with priority given to those with a minimum of one year office experience and or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A standard workweek is Monday-Friday, 6am-5pm with flexibility and determining set schedule. Full-time employees in this position are eligible for the benefits described below.
