HealthTrust Supply Chain, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking an AP Audit Analyst to join our team. This role is crucial in supporting our patient population by managing the identification, analysis, and processing of outstanding credits with vendors, as well as facilitating vendor statement reviews. The AP Audit Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure that all vendor credits and repayments are processed efficiently and accurately. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about improving healthcare services through effective supply chain management and financial analysis. In this role, you will assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, goals, and objectives that align with the Supply Chain mission. You will be responsible for working with vendors to obtain necessary documents, including statements and credits, and utilizing Accounts Payable systems to research purchase orders and invoices related to outstanding vendor credit balances. Additionally, you will coordinate the review of statement reconciliations and repayments with vendors, ensuring that credit balances and repayments are processed in a timely manner. The AP Audit Analyst will also review Credit Balance reports, including SMART OCRD and HOST credit balances, to ensure that all credits are processed promptly and that applicable vendor repayments are received. This position is integral to the overall efficiency of the Supply Chain operations, contributing to HCA Healthcare's mission of providing high-quality patient care while managing costs effectively.
