About the position

The AP/AR Representative at Domino's Corporate plays a crucial role in supporting the bookkeeping, general accounting, and payroll functions of the Supply Chain Center. This position involves ensuring timely processing of accounts payable and receivable, managing payroll, and providing customer service support as needed. The representative will also assist in maintaining compliance with finance and accounting policies while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping, general accounting, and payroll functions of the Supply Chain Center.
• Process bi-weekly payroll and consult with department managers for discrepancies.
• Partner with WRC A/P to ensure timely processing of payables for inventory and indirect expenses.
• Monitor and follow up on aging accounts payable accruals.
• Work with GL accountant to ensure timely estimates and period-end financial close.
• Create new vendors in Ariba and assist local users with the software.
• Process new hires and submit information to PeopleFirst for payroll entry.
• Facilitate new team member onboarding and training.
• Assist Customer Service Representatives with processing store orders and resolving customer issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred.
• Minimum 1+ years of bookkeeping or general accounting experience.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of Ariba software is a plus.
