Requirements

• 3-5 years of A/P experience.
• Major ERP understanding and advanced Excel skills.
• Thorough understanding of accounts payable.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects successfully.
• Team player who works well in a changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the completion of manual invoicing, managing any escalations.
• Work with the team and Accounting management to ensure accuracy of billing, collections, and accounts payable.
• Assist with the implementation of process improvement measures for concurrent projects to streamline the department.
• Ensure that KPIs are implemented effectively and met consistently.
• Identify areas for streamlining processes and developing enhanced analytics.
• Utilize multiple systems and Microsoft Office.
• Manage concurrent projects including goals and timelines.
• Display a positive and mentoring attitude.
• Perform other duties as required.
