About The Position

Join our fast-paced electronics manufacturing team and help ensure top-quality circuit board assemblies. Responsibilities: Operate AOI machines to detect solder joint and component placement defects Perform hand soldering, touch-up, and rework on SMT and thru-hole assemblies Conduct visual inspections using microscopes per IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 standards Review blueprints, BOMs, and assembly instructions to verify quality Follow supervisor instructions and documented procedures Willing to work flexible hours and overtime as needed Requirements: High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years of related experience preferred IPC-A-610 & J-STD-001 certification required Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently Proficient in English and committed to quality and timelines
