The AOG Planner is responsible for the end-to-end planning, scheduling, and resource coordination required to resolve Aircraft on Ground events quickly and efficiently. This role ensures that the right technicians, parts, tooling, and information are deployed to the right place at the right time, with minimal downtime to the customer’s aircraft. Operating in a high-pressure, 24/7/365 environment, the AOG Planner plays a central role in orchestrating service response, maintaining accurate job tracking, and communicating status updates to both internal teams and external clients. This position will not require physical maintenance to be performed on the aircraft.
