About The Position

AOC/IOC-G Senior Instructor/Content Developer Develops, maintains, and / or delivers training material to drive intelligence goals, objectives, tradecraft, and standards. Provides lesson plans / presentations / curricula in support of educational goals and maintains materiel within the assigned educational system (i.e. AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), etc.). Reviews emerging policy and doctrine publications, provides feedback, and assesses for incorporation into training products. Develops / maintains training records and tracking systems as required or designated by the Government.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance
  • Minimum 12 years of Army Military Intelligence experience and experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Minimum 12 years of experience as a 35G, 350G, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years operational experience with Program of Record GEOINT Systems (i.e. Tactical Intelligence Ground Station (TGS), Geospatial Intelligence Workstation (GWS), Operational Ground Station (OGS), AMDAS Dissemination Vehicle (ADV)).
  • Graduate of Army Instructor School or equivalent Intelligence Community instructor course (i.e. Common Faculty Development Instructor Course / CFDIC, NGA College faculty).
  • Proficiency in Army maintenance activities and applications to include GCSS-Army, AESIP, and FMSWeb; architecture strategies and interoperability principles from tactical to strategic level operations; and systems integration and maintenance tasks for MI systems, to include IS&A FoS, Prophet, and Trojan.
  • Minimum of three (3) years tactical and three (3) years operational experience as an intelligence professional spanning MICO, BCT, DIV-Corps level echelons
  • Must attend and graduate Target Mensuration Operations (TMO) Course, DISFC, GEP, and DISMGC within 12 months.
  • Comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the Instructor/Developer role
  • Ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced
  • Ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
  • Ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal

Responsibilities

  • Conducts geospatial analysis of objects, networks, and persons using geospatial tools, methodologies, spatial-temporal data, imagery, social and physical sciences.
  • Exploits imagery, vector, and other data types to include non-geospatially correlated data to locate, identify, and map objects in the spatial domain.
  • Provides analysis on, but is not limited to, terrain mapping, route planning, and maritime geospatial activity.
  • Accountable for all aspects of the IOC-G course functions.
  • Conducts close coordination with the IOC-G Course Manager and the All Source Working Group members for all aspects of IOC-G course changes and updates
  • Responsible for the synchronization and nesting of course material associated with the training trajectory courses for AOC-G.
  • Manage the hands on, day-to-day accountability of IOC-G courses instruction and delivery.
  • Create course content based on AOC-G Course Manager and Working Group inputs.
  • Accountable for creating, editing, managing, and maintaining lesson plans, practical exercises, testable material (test bank), full Training Support Packages (TSPs), and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Synchronize input from the AOC-G Course Manager and GEOINT Working Group members.
  • Work directly with the AOC-G Course Manager and the GEOINT Working Group members to assess current and future course material.
  • Assists in the development, execution, update, and continual evolution of the IOC-G training trajectory courses through working groups, emerging technologies, and AAR reviews.
  • Accountable for instructing, providing instruction assistance, and appropriate scenario development for all courses under the IOC-G.
  • Coordinate and facilitates training and instruction in large and small group settings with units across the enterprise.
  • Supports exercises and training in a variety of instructional environments to include classrooms, MTT locations, video-teleconferences, virtual training sessions, team teaching environments, and collective active-learning environments
