About The Position

At Marriott be you! This position offers work from home opportunities, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home with a remote opportunity. You must live within 50 miles of the CEC Fall River. The training class starts on October 6, 2025, with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CST. After training, the anticipated shift will be from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM CT. Compensation includes paid training, an hourly base rate paid weekly, and eligibility for monthly incentives. Requirements

  • High School diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • 6 months related experience in Loyalty Knowledge Group or higher Knowledge group required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal service by responding to inquiries of loyal guests via phone and email.
  • Answer a global phone line and global email cue to expedite requests of members.
  • Actively listen and answer questions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Evaluate and analyze each guest's needs and recommend tailored travel solutions.
  • Follow through on immediate guest needs with time sensitivity or escalate complex requests.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Read and visually verify information in various formats.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
