About The Position

The team represents leading corporations and private equity clients in high -stakes civil and government enforcement matters. This associate will handle complex antitrust litigation, including class actions, multidistrict matters, and investigations. The work spans all phases of litigation—from discovery through trial—and often involves coordination with economic experts and global regulatory teams. This practice operates at the forefront of market -defining disputes and cutting -edge competition issues. Associates work closely with partners recognized by Chambers USA and Global Competition Review , gaining direct responsibility and client visibility early on. Requirements

• 3–6 years of substantive antitrust litigation experience
• Excellent academic credentials and strong writing and advocacy skills required

Nice To Haves

• Experience in class actions and civil litigation phases preferred
• Exposure to government enforcement actions or a background in economics a plus
