About The Position

The Roxbury Public Schools is anticipating a vacancy for a Special Education Teacher for ICR/OCR High School Classes. Requirements

• Valid NJDOE Students with Disabilities Certificate - 2475 or Teacher of the Handicapped Certificate.
• Math and/or science secondary teaching experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach and support students with disabilities in high school classes.
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive practices.
• Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.
