About The Position

The Maintenance Worker position is responsible for performing various maintenance and custodial tasks within the Buildings & Grounds department. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to follow instructions to ensure a clean and safe environment. The position is full-time, with a shift from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• High school diploma or equivalent training.
• Black Seal License.
• Valid New Jersey driver's license.
• Good physical health and ability to perform assigned tasks.
• Required criminal background check and proof of US citizenship or legal resident status.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and custodial tasks.
