About The Position
The position involves daily instruction to middle school aged students in grade 5, focusing on teaching math concepts, skills, and knowledge utilizing the curriculum provided by the school district along with other appropriate learning activities. The teacher will collaborate with other educators to ensure that the necessary concepts are covered and implemented effectively. Regular evaluation of students will be required to adjust instruction as needed, and the teacher will maintain lesson plans with clear objectives to meet the diverse needs of all students. Responsibilities also include providing individual or small group instruction, maintaining standards of pupil behavior, and participating in faculty committees and student activities.
