Role Summary The Ecommerce Producer is responsible for managing the day-to-day needs of all our e-commerce sets for the stills studio. This includes managing budgets, sourcing crews, managing shoot schedules and all production related needs. Role Responsibilities - Manage Anthropologie Home and Accessories e-comm production budgets including invoicing and month-end close process - Daily management of PDP studios including coordination of schedules for in-house team and outside talent, booking talent, booking travel and transportation for all hired talent, making sure sets are ready on time, all talent is on set on time, and that all sets are running smoothly - Working with Ops Manager to streamline studio production + create efficiencies within the PDP budget - Continually identify freelance photographers and stylists to add to our roster - Maintain production database (AirTable), specifically for ecomm-related rates/notes for photographers and crew - Collect, process, and rectify invoices and expenses - Organize and distribute call sheets, production schedules and other shoot-related documents - Create and maintain rapport with external vendors + freelancers - Oversee PDP creative shoots which include studio and domestic location shoots Role Qualifications - Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work autonomously with a high sense of urgency while supporting company goals and objective - Detailed management of production budgets - Open to new ideas while also pioneering original concepts - Enthusiastic team player with a positive can do attitude - Strong negotiation skills - Collaborate with teams on a regular basis to ensure consistency in production practices and processes - Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills - An ability to multitask between different projects simultaneously - Having a calm, strong, intuitive personality - Ability to maintain a positive attitude, respond efficiently to requests and communicate with people politely and effectively at a range of different levels #LI-DD2 The Perks URBN offers comprehensive Perks & Benefits to employees.
