About The Position

A Sales Associate contributes to driving sales through providing a genuine and unique experience to each customer.

Requirements

• Passion for Anthropologie home decor.
• Experience in customer service.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy boxes and furniture.

Responsibilities

• Initiates genuine conversation to engage with the customer in a personalized way where all customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Supports a selling environment in all areas of the sales floor by connecting with multiple customers and sharing product suggestions.
• Delivers a seamless shopping experience through understanding and utilization of systems and applications for an efficient customer engagement.
• Contributes to the store by being positive, respectful and helpful to others.
• Collaborates with peers and leadership, sharing ideas with the team and actively participating in daily meetings and store initiatives.
• Participates in the learning and sharing of product knowledge, new arrivals, and current trends to inspire the customer.
• Upholds the Anthropologie Home Outlet visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer; maintains product tagging standards.
• Assists leadership team in receiving and placing new product; supports customer in-store pickup order process.
• Adheres to store’s safety standards, inventory accuracy, reduction of product loss, and upholds all company policy and procedures to support the profitability of the store.
