As the Senior Director of Editorial Copy, you will lead the editorial strategy and execution for a retail business that includes all customer facing brand copy that supports our brand voice across all channels including stores, social media, paid digital, and online. You will oversee the creation, development, and delivery of high-quality written content that aligns with the brand's voice and drives customer engagement across all communication customer touchpoints—digital and physical. You will manage a team of copywriters and editors while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, merchandising, product design, and store design to ensure consistent and impactful content experience. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the brand's narrative, optimizing user experience, and enhancing the customer journey through compelling storytelling and persuasive copy.
