About The Position

We’re looking for a Mid-Level Photographer to join our creative team and support high-volume product photography while also contributing to more concept-driven creative work. This role is ideal for someone who is confident shooting product imagery day-to-day, but who’s also excited to execute creative work on occasional emails, social posts, and in-store projects. You’ll work closely with stylists, art directors, and creative partners to produce consistent, high-quality imagery that aligns with brand standards and elevates our visual storytelling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in an in-house or studio environment
  • Strong experience in shooting product photography for e-commerce
  • Solid understanding of studio lighting, especially for a variety of product types (apparel, accessories, beauty, home, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of image processing techniques, including tonal adjustments, color correction, and contrast management.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
  • Proficiency with Capture One and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain visual consistency across large sets of imagery
  • Ability to take creative direction while also working independently
  • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with creative, styling, and production teams
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Shotflow, Creative Force or other file naming programs
  • Experience shooting creative or lifestyle content in addition to product work
  • Interest in lighting development, testing, and creative problem-solving
  • Familiarity with brand guidelines and evolving visual systems
  • Previous experience in a similar roll within the women’s accessories industry

Responsibilities

  • Photograph high-volume PDP/product imagery with speed, accuracy, and consistency
  • Master lighting for all product categories
  • Ensure all PDP imagery meets brand lighting, styling, and composition standards
  • Ensure there is consistency with freelance photographer’s imagery
  • Assist freelance photographers in setting up sets and passing images when needed
  • Provide feedback and support to junior photographers or freelancers when needed
  • Collaborate with stylists and creative partners to execute clean, on-brand product shoots
  • Occasionally shoot creative assets including: o Email and marketing campaigns o Social media content o In-store signage and promotional materials
  • Assist with lighting tests, creative exploration, and evolving photography standards
  • Maintain organized digital files and follow naming, delivery, and archiving protocols
  • Troubleshoot lighting, equipment, and on-set challenges independently
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to improve workflow, efficiency, and visual consistency
  • Maintain studio inventory and order supplies as needed
