About The Position

Responsibilities

  • Leads by example in providing extraordinary customer service, ensuring all customers feel welcome and valued.
  • Empowers the team to drive sales and metrics by utilizing key performance indicators to set team and zoning goals.
  • Teaches the team to provide a frictionless customer experience using technology for transactions, upselling, and clientele services.
  • Provides tools for associates to deliver an elevated shopping experience through personalized service and styling.
  • Supports the Store Manager in curating events that reflect local customer interests to drive brand engagement.
  • Oversees training, development, and accountability of the Customer Experience Management (CEM) program, fostering a service-oriented culture.
  • Drives the styling program by empowering team members to build relationships and mentor associates.
  • Assists the Store Manager in identifying and onboarding diverse external talent and investing in internal employee engagement.
  • Utilizes brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives like employee recognition and team-building activities.
  • Contributes to assessing sales forecasts to optimize scheduling and peak selling hours through team initiatives.
  • Takes an active role in store operations including opening and closing, restocking, and loss prevention efforts.
  • Supports product flow processes including shipment receipt and preparing products for floor placement.
  • Facilitates communication and sharing of product knowledge, trends, and store priorities with the team.
  • Sets individual sales goals and expectations to foster a collaborative selling environment.
  • Provides insights related to customer and staff experiences to the Store Manager.
