About The Position

Anthropologie is seeking a Brand Marketing Intern focused on influencer marketing. This role is designed for an innovative, creative, detail-oriented, and personable individual who possesses a keen eye for emerging influencer talent. The intern will be tasked with generating fresh ideas aimed at engaging a younger consumer demographic through influencer marketing channels. This internship is part of the URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program, which runs from June 2 to August 8, 2025, at the company's Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. The program offers interns a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across various teams within the URBN portfolio, participate in events that provide exposure to senior leadership, and potentially interview for full-time positions upon completion of the internship. Interns will engage in market research to analyze competitive influencer strategies and creative activations. They will expand Anthropologie's network of influencers by researching and identifying brand-appropriate influencers across various follower levels, from nano to mega. The intern will also be responsible for executing influencer giftings, which includes tasks such as casting, product assortment curation, packaging ideation, and coordinating marketing support. Additionally, the intern will ideate campaigns for the upcoming Q1 season, focusing on key product growth categories, and will compile comprehensive reports on summer activations and project outcomes.
