Responsibilities

  • Act as a brand representative to promote a positive and inclusive environment in the store.
  • Lead by example in upholding a service culture that demonstrates extraordinary service to customers.
  • Support the store leadership team and stylists in promoting unique customer events that drive brand engagement.
  • Participate in leading the sales floor and driving engagement through effective communication.
  • Assist in the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process to retain a diverse and engaged team.
  • Utilize brand resources to champion employee development and support initiatives.
  • Support daily operating processes such as opening and closing procedures, maintaining store standards, and restocking product.
  • Collaborate with key partners to execute shipment and omni fulfillment processes effectively.
  • Provide feedback about team training needs to support optimal scheduling and payroll allocation.
  • Contribute to an inclusive work environment by actively listening and seeking different perspectives.
  • Maintain communication with leadership to complete store objectives.
  • Adopt a people-first philosophy, prioritizing employee engagement and sharing store priorities with the team.
  • Provide insights related to customer and staff experiences to the Service and Styling Manager.
