About The Position
Anthropologie is seeking an enthusiastic Apparel Color and Print Intern to join our team for the summer of 2025. This intern will play a vital role in supporting our Color and Print department, assisting with various apparel categories. The ideal candidate will provide operational support across the department, contributing to its overall efficiency and success. The internship will run from June 2 through August 8, 2025, at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA. As part of the Summer Internship Program, interns will have the opportunity to immerse themselves within various teams across our portfolio of brands and gain hands-on learning experience in their chosen area of business. The program includes a summer full of intern-focused events, exposure to senior leadership in small group settings, insights into company initiatives, off-site field trips, and for those qualified, a chance to interview for a full-time job opportunity. Interns will collaborate with the design team to identify emerging trends and contribute to print and color inspiration research. They will assist in designing new prints and colors, create original artworks relative to the seasonal concept, and help in the creation of development packs for color and print. The intern will also participate in weekly design meetings and relevant benchmark meetings, ensuring they are fully integrated into the team and its processes.
