AUS Merchant Service.INC North American Technology team is looking for a talented, creative, and passionate software engineer to help build a cutting-edge and innovative payment system to solve our merchant and consumer needs. As a self-motivated and enthusiastic member of our team, you will work with extremely talented peers in a fun environment building performance efficient payment authorization services that are highly scalable, configurable and available. You will be encouraged to innovate and move in a fast pace to deliver solution to our customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Computer Science-related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience; with 2 years of working experience in Internet industry preferred.
• Solid knowledge of Computer Science, and familiar with the principles of Operating System (Unix/Linux), Computer Storage, Computer Networking and other related principles.
• Software development experience in at least one programming language, such as Java/Python.
• The strong ability to resolve system problems, good communication skills and a sense of ownership.
• The experiences of Redis, MySQL, Nginx, Kubernetes, Docker/Containers, Function as a service, RPC Framework, and Service Mesh, etc.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions to automate the technical operations of large-scale systems, and work closely with teams to improve stability from a Software Development Lifecycle perspective.
• Take the technical effort to strengthen payment system stability, which includes but not limited to the monitoring, logs, dashboard, diagnosis tools etc.; conduct usual drills and develop remedy plans to achieve fast service restoration, and take shifts to respond to production issues across regions.
• Define the indicators to evaluate the performance and runtime of the system to improve the observability, facilitating system development and trouble-shooting process; and, plan the system capacities according to business expansion and scheduled promotions.
• Analyze the production cases, such as performance bottleneck, to conclude the technical best-practices, taking the efforts to achieve the high-availability payment architecture.
• Designing and setting up new IDC; designing and implementing data protection plan to meet the standard requirement.
